  1. Well Dennis,
I have been reading your blogs for sometime and must say you are persistent.

I also know most of the characters in you blogs. I knew Danial Evans was a crook when i first started asking him questions about his exchange years ago.

Some people may criticize your blogs but i applaud them.

You have a really in depth knowledge about the exchange mechanism and I know you are on the money about bartercard and how they operate.

Maybe if you dig deeper you will find out how Wayne Sharpe, Brian Hall and Andrew Federowsky started bartercard. Another interesting story.

The rot was there from the day bartercard started operating and it appears the culture has not changed.

My prediction is that the shares will drop in their new float because the bartercard model does not work.

You and I both know about the bartercard deficit and how they can hide it.

You have balls my friend coming out with all this but it had to be done.

It is a shame to see what the board at IRTA is participating in. Bad idea for them getting into bed with bartercard.

Keep up the good work Dennis.

    Shame on you IRTA.

    • > I .. must say you are persistent.
Thank you Joe. You forgot to mention tall, dark handsome and intellegent with a wicked dry sense of humour!
Remember that this is only four weeks into an 18 month project for me. I’m not into short-term politics and don’t have any hidden agenda. Ask, think, blog!

      > Some people may criticize your blogs but i applaud them.
      Thanks.
I listen to critics becase I care, but from my perspective, the moment they get personal or disrespectful then they’ve dropped the ball.
I only ever play the ball so they can go away and play with themselves for all I care
I’m bringing a little more humour into it [British humour tends to go over the heads of a lot of the US people] having got the core messages out there, but rest assured that there is a LOT more to come!

      > You have a really in depth knowledge about the exchange mechanism and I know you are on the money about bartercard and how they operate.
Like with my experiences with the conman Daniel Evans, I have a good knowledge of Bartercard as a company going back decades, so trying to present themselves as something they are not will not wash with me.
One of the UC Members got http://www.irtacard.com and I’ll be working with him to expose Bartercard’s conduct in the longterm. I’m not interested in my personal blog becoming a ‘get at Bartercard’ website but there are a lot of ex-Bartercard franchisees, staff, shareholders and members who have stories they want to tell, so I’ll facilitate that

Sounds like we need to have abeer sometime! Where do you live? I’m in Samoa. Contact me by Skype and we can chat more!

      > My prediction is that the shares will drop in their new float because the bartercard model does not work.
I can’t predict the future of the shares
I also don’t know who the shareholders are yet – that’s an analysis job for the future.
I think that the model does work. It’s a Ponzi scheme, it’s immoral and a tax rort but it clearly does work for them. Just keep printing money, hide the debt and scab as much GST as you can from sponsorships and other shonky deals. Works a treat for 20+ years!

      > You and I both know about the bartercard deficit and how they can hide it.
This will come back to bite one day – a tax investigation perhaps? Don’t expect IRTA to step up and go to bat for that one however!

      > You have balls my friend coming out with all this but it had to be done.
I have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
I don’t care if the people who lie and play games and rip off the small guys hate me for what I say, because as you alude to when you say, “my friend”, I have more and more people like you who knock on my door and say the same thing.
The lovely thing about doing what I am doing Joe is that the people who bother to befriend me are generally the thinkers; the ones with some degree of integrity and who can retain a relationship without there needing to be money involved!
Watch the IRTAcard thing go bad on them all or self-destruct with conflict once they all realise what their true natures are.

      > It is a shame to see what the board at IRTA is participating in.
Well I’m not so sure that they are doing anything actually Joe.
The Board individuals appear to be all in it for themselves. The Executive seems to say do this, do that and pretty much keep them in the dark.
I don’t think they have a clue. Take Ron van Hilten for example and his litigious comments that he assessed the data and found me to be wrong! Just spoon-fed rubbish by a crooked President who herself didn’t even know where to find her own data!
These are not thought-leaders and they are clearly being led.

      > Bad idea for them getting into bed with bartercard.
Well it’s great for me for it will keep the blogging going for quite some time but moving into a commercial relationship will seal their fate for sure!
      I predict that:

The members will all wake up way too late
IRTA will become an overt commercial organisation under the guise of a 501(c) and that:
Their tax-exempt nonprofit organization status will be under threat within 2 years.

      > Keep up the good work Dennis.
      Thanks!

      > Shame on you IRTA.
Shame on the Members for daydreaming, paying no notice to the rot, to the Board Members who basically don’t give a rat’s a**** about it all and haven’t a clue what drivel they are being fed, but well done to the Executive who have taken the organisation by the proverbials and turned it into something they have wanted for years – global domination in this industry with their own software solution!
OK granted that it doesn’t match the organisation’s founding principals but you gotta give credit when credit is due eh?
