  1. If Christ, as you state , is Truth ( Indeed, He is ) and Christ is God (likewise, He is ) and God is Love ( absolutely )….then Christ, Truth and Love ( all are God ) exist together side by side ,so to speak, at the same end of the ” scale “, do they not?
I am therefore interested to hear how you would reconcile your analogy that this Victor, Paul & Co ” on a balancing scale between love and truth, operate at as close to full truth and zero love as you can get ” ? You’re analogy seemingly puts Love ( God) and Truth ( God) at opposite ends of a “scale “when , I would proffer, that they actually weigh heavily together at the same end, there is no balancing scale or ” mix” as you put it ? Where real Truth is ( God) real Love is ( God )..and vice versa…your thoughts??….regards John

    • > Christ … Truth … God … Love … exist together side by side … at the same end of the “scale”, do they not?

Yes. I agree. Like we can look at a 747 and view it as a marvellous piece of engineering, or a transportation unit or a Virgin Airways profit-making business, it is still the same entity which we describe different aspects of complexity.

No, I don’t agree because there is a difference between God and mankind. According to my understanding from life and scriptures, God/Truth/Love/Christ is perfect. We are not.

In Path of Truth’s case there is no question in my mind that Victor hears from and has a living relationship with the Lord. This is one of the things that raises the ire of detractors who write them off, usually for theological reasons but also often because of the excessive aggression and arrogance that comes out as judgmentalism.

BUT, and this is the huge condition to the above statement, they are not God; they are not perfect; they do not conduct themselves as Christ lived and taught us. This is the area of confusion in BOTH PoT and the detractors for to classify PoT as a cult and therefore reject all their teaching is a logical fallacy, and visa versa to cast one out and condemn lock stock and barrel is the same.

The issue of contention is that many cannot reconcile the facts that Jesus can display His truth and love in us mortal human beings at the same times as we sin. It is a lie and a logical fallacy that living in a fallen world we are either “in the Spirit” and thus perform perfectly according to God OR we are of the devil. Take Simon Peter for example who was and did both good and bad! Take the authors of the scriptures who did produce something perfect under His inspiration. Were they perfect? No. Same with Victor. He can speak some excellent words and have some incredible God-inspired revelations BUT that doesn’t mean that theologically he’s perfect, and he certainly is deluded on the Holocaust thing and has no clues about monetary systems.

This issue of contention runs deep but it is the key that explains and unlocks all the conflict around the ‘dreaded’ name of “Victor Hafichuk”!

Genuine truthseekers recognise truth (or deception) where it is and differentiate attitudes, actions and individuals. Victor isn’t and doesn’t. Paul follows along and amplifies this error.

For the record I believe that this comes down to Victor himself and his personal style – from what I have read and seen he comes across as a guy with a lifetime of serious social interaction issues with a strong living faith superimposed. I don’t talk too much about Paul because he’s pretty much a loyal (and effective) ‘number 2 man’ to Victor thus takes on the flavour of his leadership.

Long story short, When Christ walked this earth He dealt with those He met with a perfect balance of love and truth, most obvious and consummated at the point of sacrifice. I think that there is strong proof in my blogging that Path of Truth err badly in their application of this balance.
