Confessions of your missionary....

God is amazing! No questions asked.

Though I have wondered if I have missed God on Samoa, I am 100% He knew what was going on. I just led the 40th person this month to Jesus in the market of Apia. It is no failure when people come to Jesus. The timing may be a little off but the fruit is amazing.

The common view of people I know and trust as well as what I feel in the Spirit is to go and do some work among the Fijians for the next month or so then go back to Palawan. Fiji is about 1/5 the cost of living here and I have a strong history among the Fijian people. Just last year, we had over 100 miracles break out in a revival that went for 13 nights in Nadi. Fiji needs Jesus.

by doing the travel in several segments, it breaks down the need for all the airfare at once as well.

So what is the need?

Because most countries are becoming Nazis about "onward travel," I had to get 2 tickets. One for Fiji and one from Fiji in January (that Air Zealand will refund). That leaves me believing for roughly $235 USD for the ticket to Fiji and $346 for the ticket from Fiji (to Auckland).

I am believing for 10 people who can seed $58.10 for missions. I believe we can do this by faith.

If you can help, go to payments.amazon.com (just like paypal) and use info@questforsouls.com as my email.

A word from the heart
How are you, friends? (It's me, that crazy missionary and it is that time of the month!).

This is going to be one of the saddest newsletter I have written in a long time. There is hope nevertheless.

As I wrote before, I feel the cost of living in Samoa is just plain crazy. Too crazy for me to logical justify. I have come to the place of realization that Samoa is a great place to "blow in, blow up and blow out" but a bad place to live, especially for a "computer nerd."

I have talked with alot of people across the Islands and feel the best place for my back to the land of my anointing, Palawan!

After planting 24 churches in Palawan, I have handed the churches over native evangelists and they are going a great job. What would be next with me back "on island?" The answer would be clear: do crusade evangelism (my primary passion).

The cost of living in Palawan is peanuts compared to Samoa! To put it in context, internet in Palawan is $23. In Samoa, it is normal to pay $250 or more. As you can see, I can do more with less in Palawan.

Also having been in and out of Palawan for many years (as well as speaking the language) I know how to operate in the Philippines without much work.

At the end of the day, we have seen over 11,000 people to Jesus in Palawan and that is about 2% of the island.

If the Holy Spirit speaks something to you, PLEASE let me know. I need to hear it. I believe as Paul did that we know in part and we see in part. God may show you something he hasn't shown me.

Also, if you know someone needing web design done, that will fund me for the rest of the month and my trip to Palawan. Please let me know so I can follow up.

I am sorry about the special email out that is not on the 1st or the 15th (when I normally try to send them out). I know how it is to get pointless newsletter every day about the same thing when it is all hype and not hope. I have those friends too!

I just want to let you know about a struggle facing SamoaHope right now and give you a challenge.

Since landing in Samoa, I have been in a hotel because finding a house using the internet can be a challenge to say the least. Thankfully, I got a great deal with a local hotel of $310 (USD) for a month with breakfast.

However, the government in Samoa (in my opinion) is trying to start a war of traditional culture vs. Modern technology. (Yes, I can prove that!) They are driving the cost of technology so high that the locals can't use it as well as making the paligi (white people) pay through the roof for it. They won't let me get Broadband (via GSM) while in the hotel and make me use their wifi service at about $3.50-$4.00 an hour. Spending $10 a day on Internet is not abnormal for visitors!!!

Here is the prayer request: I have to find a house to rent ASAP! I was going to just stay in a hotel until I find one but I have to hurry. Pray I find a place very soon. I think once I do that, I can at least cut internet cost from crazy to just high. I knew coming back that this was the #1 challenge to living here.

With that said, I have to raise a larger budget. Just to be able to eat, connect and do the basics (by local standards), I need to raise some seed. I have went through basically all my funding to date. I need to raise about $20 a day just to make until the first of the month. I litterally need 20 people who can sow $20 into the harvest. I would like to challenge you to pray about this. I believe as in the days of Ezra, everyone can do their part!

If you would like to give, you can go here.

Peter

P.S. If you know anyone that has a Blackberry for sale. Please let me know. Using a BB on their GSM network could save me majorly.

I am in Samoa finally!

I got here and about an hour aftering getting to Apia, I was in the local market eating some pork pies (like pot pies in America) and was able to minister hope to a young Samoan man that is having marriage trouble. God is good!

Shortly after praying for him, I had a woman come up to me that saw us praying and and ask for prayer right in the middle of the market. As we prayed, I felt the Holy Spirit tell me to lay hands on her knee. When I asked if she had joint issues, she told me only in her right knee. We prayed then walk 1/2 mile to "test out the miracle." Miracles are normal when living on the edge of world missions.

I love the people of Samoa. I love the place. I love the passion of the people. Though legalistic in alot of ways, Christianity in Samoa provides the foundation for revival. When the Christian values they have been hit with the fire of Pentecost, watch out! A revival of freedom will rock Oceania!

Concerning the XE

For those who don't know the XE is the global foreign exchange. One thing that is extremely concerning is how the Tala is going 1.9 to 2.4 on a daily basis. Please pray for the Tala to land back at 2.35 where it normally is. 1.9 means about 30% more need for support.

What are the needs?

As you know when you travel internationally, there is always just "stuff" than comes up. One of those is buying a plane ticket for "onward travel" I will never use. (Well, I might go to American Samoa for something some day) Just the joy of traveling.

Anyways, I need to believe for an extra $200 in support this month to make up for the little "stuff" while traveling and getting setup in Samoa. All in all, I have to believe for about $600 more this month. Can you consider helping? If so, check out www.samoahope.com/donate.

(Don't feel pressured, just ask the Lord)

All in all, I am extremely happy in Samoa and we are starting to see some good fruit happen as well. Let the revolution now begin.

Use this area to offer a short teaser of your email's content. Text here will show in the preview area of some email clients.

In America, we have a problem: 1 in 12 Pentecostals claim to pray in the Holy Spirit on a regular basis outside of a church gathering! That's means in a church of 100 people, only 12 of them really care about being baptized with the Holy Spirit and with fire (See Luke 3:16)

However, this lost doctrine of the Spirit filled life is the very thing I think that can and will rock Samoa to the core! They love fire! They throw it, they play with it, they use it and they admire it. Fire Knife dance all started in Samoa.

If there is anything I know, it is the power and fire of the Holy Spirit can and will transform lives. However, to do that, the Baptism of the Holy Spirit can not pushed back into some Sunday School classroom in case someone walks in and mistakes us for being Pentecostals! It is with tears, I say, American church have become ashamed of the Holy Spirit!

I believe Samoa is different. They will not push it to the back room of the church but will take it to the markets, streets and beaches of Samoa and miracles will be the talk of the island. They are a very religious people that love the Lord with what they know. If you take that and baptize it with the Spirit, Samoa could very well become known as the "Island of revival."

In just 7 days, I will board a plane for Samoa by faith. I am going there with a burning heart for the people, for revival, and the destiny of a nation. Can you help me?

Pray for me. Market SamoaHope. Sow a seed.

I need your prayers. I need intercessors that will pray for revival in Samoa and the outreaches we will do.
I need people who will tell your Facebook friends and people on Google+ about the ministry.
I need people who will consider sowing a special seed this month into helping me get there. We are right now at $250 from budget. I am believing for 5 people who can give just $50.

Also, I am still doing web design so you know anyone needing a website done. I am doing them from $100 to $350. Tell them about me.

Heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out devils and preach the gospel.
SamoaHope

Note: This is a special email that I need to zap out. Hope you understand and don't leave for it!

In just 15 days, I will board a plane for Samoa! It is amazing it is so close! It seems that just a few weeks ago, I was wondering when I would leave. Now, I am just 15 days away from it!

Why am I writing you a special email? (I normally try to send them out around every two weeks) I need people to consider helping me making going to Samoa a reality!!! It is alot of small stuff but it is still alot of things that needs to happen.

I want to give you a shoutout and ask you to pray about the following needs. No pressure to give if the Holy Spirit doesn't move on you!

 1. Ticket for Hawaii.... $150
 2. Kindle....$114 (getting books is very hard to do in Samoa)
 3. New Bible...$50 (mine is about "done")
If you would like to help in anyway, go to our donate page and give according. There is pre-set options for $50, $100, and $200!

Practical Way to help!

One of the ways I can make up this shortfall is through using my IT skills. If you know of anyone needing a Website, SEO services, Graphic Design, or hosting; doing a project alone could make the shortfall. All our packages are $350 or less. Just reply to this email if you know someone looking for a Web designer. I also have copies of Photoshop CS4 and Office 2010 Pro if you know someone looking for that.

We are about healing the sick, raising the dead and casting out devils.

I am pumped about leaving for Oceania again! It has been since December since I was in the region! I love the Islands.

We are at a crossroads of sorts. Not a real "gamechanger" but for sure it is a crossroads. I try to write to you, my friends, family and connections across Facebook, Google+ and Linkedin about missionary life without sugar coating life.

Simply, to do what we need to do in Samoa, it will take roughly double the monthly support we have (click the banner above for more information about it) and instead of sitting on "blessed assurance" in America, I am considering the options of spending a few months in Fiji (much cheaper) while spending some time doing ministry there while the support raising phase is ongoing. The vision is for Oceania and while Samoa is where I would perfer to be, Fiji is not really an amazing place to do ministry too.

I would love to hear from you, my friends and family on this matter! Please click reply and give me some thoughts.

Given the economy in America, a very strong offensive plan to raise support just would not be wisdom. Americans are gripped with fear and preaching to them about the fear isn't going to change anything. To be blunt, the best opportunity is to use this season to do relationship building and just wait for the fear to pass by economically.

Joseph Company
Also, as a side note, you will see that I also am relauching my company, Forerunner Hosting, doing web design with packages from $100 to $350 for ministries and small businesses. We can also provide software from Mircosoft and Adobe. If you happen to know someone needing a website but can't afford to spend $1499 for a website, let them know about my company. Every dollar earned by Forerunner Hosting is a dollar that doesn't have to raised for the ministry.

The harvest is at hand. It is before our eyes if we want to see it.

Jesus left us with a vision, a goal and a mission: every tongue, tribe, and nation going into the Kingdom. Litterally every ethic group (all 16,000 of them) having the gospel preached to them.

I believe the Lord has given me a vision to be part of this in Samoa and American Samoa. It is called Seed72.

It is really pretty simple but it is the vision God has given me. It is basically to find 72 people like Jesus did and they committ to seed just $25 into missions (as able) monthly.

To cast the vision, here it is:

72 people X $25 a month = $1800 - $300 for taxes = $1500 a month

Some people may think that $1500 is a lot for mission support but all things considered in doing missions, it is really not. The Assemblies of God, for example expect their missionaries to raise between $4,000 and $10,000 a month in support. Also, having worked in the IT industry, I know that many Americans make more than $25 in an hour. Can not anyone sow one hour of work into world missions?

P.S. I am leaving for Samoa in about 3 weeks!

SamoaHope is an outreach to the people of American Samoa.

Be a miracle.

Getting to American Samoa.

I am in faith for a miracle. As Elijah stood against all odds believing for people to come into knowledge of God, I am standing at the altar crying, I am looking at an “impossible miracle.” Yet, we both are crying, “LORD, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, let it be known today that you are God in Israel and that I am your servant and have done all these things at your command.Answer me, LORD, answer me, so these people will know that you, LORD, are God, and that you are turning their hearts back again.” (1 Kings 18:36-37) God is more than able by faith.

I still believe God answers by fire given the opportunity.

For me, it is not to call down fire of Heaven, it is plane tickets to American Samoa. I have a heart for the people in American Samoa, a people that are Americans living which over 80% live under the national poverty index. It is a place in need of hope. The government can’t give it, the church has lost it but the gospel can be recovered.

I am believing in the next 5 days for the seed to get the airfare from Hawaii to American Samoa. Can you believe with me?

I also wanted to write about a story in the chapter before Elijah’s showdown. It is the story of a widow, the prophet and some seed. She did not have any “extra seed.” All she had was enough seed for dinner for her and her boy. Yet, she disobeyed economical reasoning to bless the prophet. She learned something: Invest in the vision of God and there will be more than enough. She gave all she had for a man with a vision for transforming the world. The result of her seed offering, she saw her own son raised from the dead.

I believe as you take a seed, not an extra but a seed that cost you something; you two will see the vision of God for your life and you will see that He is more than enough. If you will invest in God’s vision for American Samoa, God will invest in your vision. I believe some people can seed their dream by seeding SamoaHope.

I will leave you with this thought. King Cyrus gave an official order once and it was this……

God, the God of the heavens, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth. He has also assigned me to build him a Temple of worship in Jerusalem, Judah. Who among you belongs to his people? God be with you! Go to Jerusalem which is in Judah and build The Temple of God, the God of Israel, Jerusalem’s God. Those who stay behind, wherever they happen to live, will support them with silver, gold, tools, and pack animals, along with Freewill-Offerings for The Temple of God in Jerusalem.

If you go to SamoaHope.com (click the name for the link) you will be able to donate $25, $50 and $100 as the Spirit leads. I am here if you have any questions. Just hit reply and it will email me directly.

SamoaHope is a outreach to the Samoan islands
After alot of kicking tires around and trying to figure out the quickest I can get to American Samoa and Samoa, I believe I have come to that date. I am believing to be heading to Pago Pago, American Samoa on October 3, 2011. Yes, I will be spending Thanksgiving and Christmas in American Samoa.

The reason I feel October is it will take 3 months to get everything ready: airfare, shipping boxes (more about that later), outreaches planned, and final preparation done in Kansas City.

I do not plan to return home to Kansas City for a long time and that means alot of things with a sick father and grandmother that I will be saying goodbye in October. However, Jesus said the following, “Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and proclaim the kingdom of God.” I realize fully the next time I see either of them may be on the other side of eternity. (Grandma will make heaven, something dramatic will have to happen for dad)

The vision

We are working the foundational of planting a mission base in American Samoa. It will be a LOOONNNGG process and it will be rooted on relationships. The Samoan people are a very tribal people and that means alot of sharing and village living. The first phase of building the mission base will be community and relationship building. That’s a hard process and a long one but a critical process. The rest of 2011 will be relationship building preparing for (if all goes well) to start revival meetings in Summer 2012.

The need

In order to get to American Samoa, I am believing for a plane ticket. They are currently about $900 ($800 from LAX to American Samoa and $100 to Los Angeles). In order to get these flights cheaper, (I have heard of people paying $1800+ for flights to Los Angeles) I need to try and grab them now.

Can you prayerfully consider sowing a special gift to the ministry? I am asking the Lord for 18 people who can give $50 for this special need to get me back to the mission field to start planting among our forgotten countrymen.

Using the following link you can sow the seed of $50.

If you would like to see more about the mission field we are targeting, please check out this video from 60 minutes.

SamoaHope is an outreach of Peter Vandever Evangelistic Association
Dear Friend,

God is mighty to save….the hope of nations.

It is with that statement that I live my life, operate my ministry and experience the power of the Holy Spirit.

It is with that vision, I am going back to the nations of the world. This time the field is the “South Seas of the Holy Spirit.” It was given that term after revival broke loose across the ilslands in the 1830’s through John Williams (who later was eaten alive by people as he preached the gospel to them). This is the region of Polynesia and the nation of Samoa.

Samoa is a small nation that was evangelized by the London Missionary Society in the 1830’s and later “re-evangelized” by the Mormons in the 1870’s. However, since then, the mission field of Samoa has been left and forgotten in many ways. It is a nation that knows the a form of godliness but denies the power of it.

What Samoa needs more than anything else in this generation is a fresh expression of the power of God that mean more than just “going to church.” Samoans are expected to go to church every Sunday but all they get is a few hours of boredom. It is church without the anointing.

The message of the gospel has been sadly reduced to nothing more than a potluck and a Sunday school class. There is little talk of the blood, the cross, the anointing and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Religious duty void of the Holy Spirit and the message of the cross is the bedrock for poverty. The average wage for a Samoan working in Apia (the only city) is about $1.50 USD. A weekly paycheck can easily be less than $50.

SamoaHope has several concepts to reach the lost in Samoa. The goal of all we do is winning the lost at all costs.

At the center of all plans is being a mission base we will call the Samoa Dream Center.

With a vision to help the poor with both their practical and spiritual needs, we plan to reach the nation with the hope of the gospel.

As Tommy Barnett always says, “find a need and fill it.” We see the need for practical application of the gospel and when it comes, we can preach the saving gospel of Jesus.

Out of the Dream Center will flow practical outreach such as adopt a village, food bus, street evangelism, food bank, tourism evangelism, women’s shelter, teen challenge and bible college. It is all about being a New Testament ministry: the church is designed to be the launching pad, not the gathering place.

On October 3rd, I plan to leave Kansas City for Apia, Samoa again. The first six months will be a time of relationship building and talking with government officials about what the Dream Center will look like. Having had the same government for over 30 years will produce serious challenges to work around corruption.

I am in the process of raising my personal missionary support as well. I am believing for around $1700 a month in support and about $1000 in relocation expenses.

Will you consider investing $25 a month into the work of the gospel in Samoa? I am still believing for 40 people who will say yes to sowing $25 or more into our work in Samoa?

Your seed of hope will help me take the gospel to the lost, the broken, and the hurting of a nation many don’t even know where is or all they know is Troy Polamalu and The Rock call it their homeland. If you would like more information, please go to www.samoahope.com/donate.

Invest in a nation that Jesus died for.

<![CDATA[Fathers, Revival and YOU!]]> http://us2.campaign-archive.com/?u=05a279089a1c7f8cae38f7b01&id=638d26bc09 http://us2.campaign-archive.com/?u=05a279089a1c7f8cae38f7b01&id=638d26bc09 Fathers, Revival and YOU!
Do you need a word from the Lord?
It's revival time!

16 years ago this Father's Day, we saw a move of the Holy Spirit began that went for 5+ years and resulted in hundreds of thousands of people coming to Jesus called the Brownsville Revival. It was the last real revival that made it past the 100 day mark. (Lakeland had the possibility but sadly didn't)

Today, we need more than anything a real move of the Holy Spirit. I am not talking about a little touch and Church being just a little better than it was last week but real revival that saves the lost, cast devils out of demonized people, heals the sick, and raises the dead. I have seen this in Palawan (Philippines). I know it is possible!

Here in Kansas City, we have had not one but two strikes of lightning spiritually and both times we jumped, yelled and rolled calling it "the revival." They were both just renewals and a downpayment for our faith to believe in a revival like we saw in Pensacola. To our shame, we said "this is that" when it was "this is a taste of what is coming."

Revival is coming and it will rock every element of the Church to the core. It will make Azusa Street look like a little Holy Ghost picnic. It will be lead by three things: bold preaching, bold faith, and bold miracles.

1) Bold preaching

There is coming a revival of bold revivalists like Finney, Wesley, Cartwright, Wigglesworth, Lake, and Coe were. Men who are not ashamed to call sin sin and call compromise compromise. There is coming back an old school holiness message that rocks the Church in America to its core.

I had a dream about Jimmy Swaggart once and at the end of the dream, he prayed for a generation of preachers that would "preach like I did before the summer of 1988."

It is coming. I believe it. I recieve it.

2) Bold Faith

One of the things that impressed me the most about Jack Coe Sr was his reckless faith. He would go down a healing line and rip people out of wheelchairs. They would either walk or fall but they was coming out of the wheelchair. This was before the seeker senstive movement and before we care more about people's feeling than obedience to the Holy Spirit.

I will be the first to say the "faith camp" screwed up what it means to be a person of faith and turn faith into nothing but the American Dream with Jesus undertones. However, Jesus still said "if you believe, you will recieve."

3) Bold Miracles

People can debate the theology of Todd Bentley all day but no one really contends the man does not have great miracles happen in his meetings. I still hold I would rather have Todd Bentley in a crusade to pray for the sick than 10 faith preachers.

Lakeland was a taste of the miracle anointing that could be coming if we will preach the gospel and walk in reckless faith.

Bold Miracles is not being flaky with "gemstones and gold dust" though.

What will it take to see this revival?

I am not totally sure. One mark of a true revivalist is his ability to say "I don't know" about what is revival, what it looks like, and how it works. Jesus showed us that.

One thing I do know it will take is real spiritual fathers and mothers. One that will give you more than "motherly advice" but will take you in as one of their own. Being a spiritual father does not mean sitting across the table at the coffee house before worship on Sundays and talking about if the 49ers will bet the Raiders.

The need for real spiritual father will adopt sons and daughters and mentor them day in and day out is how discplineship works. It is not found in your G12 vision nor is it found in Alpha program. It is only found in spiritual fathers and mothers. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Will you take a spiritual son in?

It's America's time!

America is in desperate shape. We have currently some of the worst political leadership in the history of this great nation. The good news though, when there is evil in the White House; revival is normally imminent in the Church House! Obama may be a pawn in the hands of hell but when there is a evil leaders in the political arena; it forces the Church of Jesus Christ to stand up and be the voice of common sense and ethical living.

So much of the Church experinced a high level of propersity and blessing under the eight year of Evangelical powerhouse, George W. Bush that we got spiritual fat and lazy. We were pushed to the edge of society and told to sit down and shut up by socialistic liberals and to leave "religion for Sunday Morning." Yet, the people of God are starting to raise up in holy rebellion to Socialism and Liberalism!

History tells us that under Socialist leaders, the Church is forced to return to Her roots. During the height of Clintonism, the Brownsville Revival that broke the back of liberalism in America in the 1990's happened.

I suggest looking at the current political ideaology that a major revival that rocks America is imminent anytime in the future.

This Fall, I will be traveling up and down and across the United States in 13 states preaching the gospel in churches, jails, street corners and hospitals winning the lost and preaching about the need for revival in Assemblies of God, Church of God, and Church of God in Christ churches. We need a fresh Pentecostal movement. Every street corner can become a santuary.

It is time we stand up, have revival and unseat socialism in our great country. The leftists have stole the ministry of compassion and called it welfare long enough. How much longer will be live being slapped in the face and told to sit down ands shut up by Obama and his liberal buddies. The answer is simple: holy revolution and returning American to its' root as a glorious democracy and the freedom of the gospel we were founded on.

It is official! I will be flying from Kansas City for Apia, Samoa on December 4th.

I have been busy reaching the lost here in the United States! We have seen over
170 come to Jesus this week in Kansas City. That's 170 people who now have their name written in the Lamb's Book of Life! The same Holy Spirit that seals people unto redemption on the crusade fields of Asia and Africa also does it on the streets of California and in the cornfields of Iowa.

However, the vision is to launch FULL TIME missionary work in the Pacific Islands! To this end, I am starting a NEW ministry called Pacific Missionary Society.
(Click here to go to our Facebook page.) It will focus on crusades, mercy projects, and sport evangelism!

If you would like to know more about our projects, please contact me today. We also are about to start raising support so if you would like to know how to help us there, contact us as well.

Do you have Skype? If so, add me please. I am peter.vandever.

I am home now! (Thank God!)

We are hitting the ground running getting ready for outreaches in the inner city of Kansas City as well as booking events in churches across the city and across the nation. The rest of 2011 will be about revival in the United States.
(beside a short trip to Jamiaca maybe)

Recently, we was told by a "revivalist" in Canada that the only reason we see raw numbers of people recieving the gospel and have their name written in the Lamb's book of Life. It was said, "anyone could do it in the Philippines. Try that in North America." Well, I am always up for a challenge and I am here to win the lost right in the heartland of America! God loves to see American's name written in the Book!

We are believing for 500 decisions for Christ this year in America!

Please be in prayer for our outreaches.

About my trip back.

I am home but we are still $100 for making budget for my travel back. We are asking 2 people to prayerfully consider sowing a $50 seed to help us cover this and move on with our ministries here in the Kansas City area.

After an unexpected 140 hours layover thanks to the screwup of Cebu Pacific Air, (Click here for the story) I will be flying to Shanghai then Kansas City on Thursday. We are 100% going home. I have checked out of the place I was staying and am spending the 140 hour layover in Terminal 3 in Manila! I am home bound this week!!!!

Salamat Pinoys!

Thank you, Philippines for all you have been and done for me and my family for the last 3 decades. We have a deep love for each other. I have seen the blood, sweat and tears continue to pay off with now 23 active local churches in just Palawan alone and more to come in the years ahead. Thank you for laboring with us for the harvest of your country and especially the over 500 people who has their name in the Lamb's Book of Life because of our work just this year! (last three months)

Salamat Partners

Just like Jesus had Joanna, Susanna, and "many friends" (Luke 8:3); I have been able to take the saving, healing, delivering and transforming message of hope to the people of ther Pacific because of YOU. Some of you have sown into this work even you wasn't even really able to do it in these ecomonical times. In fact, we was able to raise over $300 towards my travel home in the last 48 hours! Thank you!

The Challenge at hand.

Because of the screwup of Cebu Pacific, (they won't take respondibility for their mistake), I have to believe for another $192 to get another ticket to Shanghai for Thursday. We basically still need 8 people who can sow $50 into this! Thank you for the 8 people who did sow into it in the last 48 hours.

When the man was lowered through the roof of a house to get his miracle, there was a problem later. Someone has to repair the roof. Someone has to fund the miracle. I am asking you that can and haven't yet to consider sowing a special $50 seed into this personal miracle for me to get back to the States!

God impressed on me this morning to write to you about the seed that you possess. Every person is given a seed, it might be a talent, it might be skill, it might be information and it might be financial but you have a seed of some type. God is speaking to you to sow your seed, what it is, into the harvest of lost people in this generation.

There was a poor woman that lost her husband to death one time that offered her seed into the harvest through a crazy preacher in faith. As it was released, a harvest anointing was released over her life. The widow name's we don't know but the preacher went by the name of Elijah the prophet.

When she was facing the possibility of dying because of no food, she choose to sow her only seed into the harvest of Elijah and because she did, the prosperity of the Lord never run dry! The power of prosperity is in your willingness to seed the harvest.

As both a sower and a manager of others' seed (running a ministry) I see the release of prosperity every day. I am about to seed the nations into the Kingdom primarly because of others around the world have trusted me with their seed and to release their prosperity on a people in some remote islands in the Asia-Pacific region.

The seed in your hand is powerful. Don't waste it!

As I write you, I am finishing what is the final seed of Peter Vandever Evangelistic Association into the nation that I grew up in and love dearly. In less than 48 hours, I will board a flight to China then to Kansas City finishing the seeding of the Philippines. I have been very blessed working with these pastors and evangelists but it is time to take off the training wheels and let them ride the glory on their own!

As we have, like the widow in 1 Kings 17, sow a final seed for a harvest; will you consider sowing a seed of just $50 into the moving back to Kansas City where I rest and be in the prayer room to refresh and get new revelation. We are believing for 12 people who can make a one time secure seed in the next few days to help us get home.

I have been talking with the Board of Directors for Peter Vandever Evangelistic Association and PeterVandever.com. They have come to a position that honestly I do not like.

They feel I need to come off the mission field and get "filled up" (silly pastors :) That I have going so hard and just get enough oil to make it through the next trail, not the anointing for revelation that I once walked in.
They want me to come home for the remaining of 2011 and sow into my home church, Sheffield Family Life Center. (The Pacific Games Outreach is still a go however!)

Outside the 10 day outreach in New Cadolina, the leadership of PVEA wants me to spend my time in the prayer meetings of the church and sitting in the coffeehouse talking with believers encouraging them with the testimonies from the 3rd world. (Also, start work on my PhD for Practical Ministry) Just a time of "downtime" and encouraging people in the church with a vision to do the New Testament.

As you can imagine, I do not really want to return to Kansas City. However, they feel it is very important that I come back and be part of my local church for a season. To do the whole "community" gig. This is not something I want to do!

What do you think? I would love to hear your feedback on this?

I have known that this was my "legacy tour" to the Philippines to do 5 things: visit the 21 churches we planted; train street preachers; hand over the leadership of the ministry; mentor some young people in the IT community; and transfer the title of my boxing gym to a new gym needing a building. Today, I can tell you I have done all 5 of these things on this trip and I now have the release to put over 20 years of missionary work in the Philippines behind me.

In Nov 2010, a move of God broke in Nadi then Suva, Fiji that in a matter of days was international in scope. In a time where "revivals" happen in places like Kansas City but few people are brought into the Kingdom; it is refreshing to be part of a revival that saves the lost, heals the sick, sets the captive free, and raises the dead. This was the real deal revival!

2011 is a year of setting down roots and doing alot of mentorship (and soulwinning of course) I normally travel to 21 nations a year but I will only make 6 in 2011. We was in Japan, now in Philippines and Hong Kong, Fiji, Tokelau, Samoa and American Samoa are all on the list.

The plan (at this point) is to travel to Hong Kong for a week of Street Evangelism then go to Nadi, Fiji and mentor and discpline young Evangelists (believers) for four months. In September, I will head to finally land in Samoa. We also will be doing a practical seminar in Nadi and Suva on how to do crusades on a budget. (Yea, I am under the notion that you don't have to be upper class Suburban American to be used by the Holy Spirit!)

The need
It is quite a bit cheaper to buy all the tickets at one time. The good thing is this would get all the flight paid for all of 2011. I am sending out this special need so we can look at getting the tickets soon so we can save money and use it to win souls for Jesus.
Philippines-Hong Kong........................$60
Hong Kong-Fiji-Samoa......................$640

After this special fund raiser, the only fund raising I see we will need to do is to meet the monthly budget ceiled at $1500 and maybe a blessing project to help a local church or believers. Otherwise, this will be the last special fundraiser for 2011.

Below is a video from our friends in Nuuuli village that have a rap group called Paepaeulupoo. They are not Christians (good church peeps though :) but they did a great video about what life in America Samoa is like.

We are for REVIVAL!
PeterVandever.com
I left 20 days ago to for a meeting in Boracay. That meeting became a evangelism trip to Iloilo, Cuyo, Puerto Princesa, El Nido, back to Puerto Princesa and Cuyo and ended in Mindoro.
Are you ready for this?

113 people now have their name written in the Lamb's book of Life?

Yes, the Kingdom is richer because of this trip! It took me over 1,900 miles across 2 seas and to 9 islands but it is all worth it for the 113 people who are ripped out of the flames of hell!

We also planted a church in Cuyo, Palawan during this trip as well.

I am now in Manila again. We are doing a prayer meeting in Recto tomorrow and meeting with leaders about an Evangelistic crusade in Tondo (ghetto of Manila) in May.

Prayer Requests

 1. Forerunner Hosting needs clients. One of the ways I have making up the shortfall of funds is my web hosting/design company. We need clients desperately!
 2. We are believing for about $300 more to complete April's budget
 3. That the pastors will not play the "my ministry" games when we meet about the crusade.
Salamat sa iyo para nakatayo sa akin dahil ang puso ng mga Flipino.
